Talaria's banking and cash management services are available in 19 states and Washington, D.C.: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, Kentucky, and Washington, D.C.

No. Talaria is a licensed cash management and armored transport provider. We work alongside banking partners to provide compliant cash handling, transport, and deposit services for cannabis operators.

No. Talaria's banking services are available independently of the distribution platform. Many of our banking customers operate in states where Talaria's distribution network is not yet active.

Smart Safes

When cash is deposited into a Talaria smart safe, the safe automatically counts and validates the bills. Based on that count, provisional credit is applied to your account — meaning your balance reflects the deposit before the physical cash is picked up and transported.

Talaria coordinates delivery and installation. Our team handles the setup and connects the safe to your account dashboard.

Yes. Each employee receives a unique PIN. Every deposit is logged with the employee's ID, the time of deposit, and the counted amount — creating a full per-employee audit trail.

Talaria's support team is available to investigate and resolve discrepancies. Every deposit has a physical cash record that is reconciled during the armored pickup, and any differences between the safe count and the physical count are addressed directly with your account manager.

Cash Services

Pickup frequency is customized to your operation's cash volume and preferences. We work with you to set a schedule that keeps your safe at a manageable level and aligns with your business hours.

A vetted Talaria armored transport team arrives at your location, collects sealed cash deposits, signs off on a chain-of-custody form, and transports the cash to a counting facility. You receive a deposit confirmation with the final counted amount.

Yes. All cash in Talaria's custody during transport is insured. Details are provided during onboarding.

Getting Started

Most customers are fully operational within 2–4 weeks of signing. This includes safe delivery and installation (if applicable), account setup, and training.

You'll need your cannabis operator license, business registration documents, and basic location information. Our onboarding team walks you through the full requirements.
